The Global Sales Operations Quote to Fulfillment Team is focused on enabling processes and system solutions for our

This position is a strategic role that includes ownership and deployment of systems and processes related to quoting,
operational business rules and policies across all lines of business. Key to this role is development and implementation of
project plans, creation and management of business requirements documents as well as project management of system
*Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives.*Presents and demonstrates ideas and improvements of solution
and process *Generate clear and actionable highlights from disparate sources to form a consolidated view *Interact with
Sales, OAL and Executive Management, providing negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. *Follow-through
skills and ability to partner across functions are critical.*10 plus years relevant work experience.* Ability to influence and
collaborate with virtual teams, across multiple countries and time zones.*Flexible and receptive to change.*Good listening
and communication skills, and ability to build and sustain positive working relationships.*Possess strong relationship and
leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and influence virtual teams effectively.*Good planning skills, well organized,
focused on meeting deadlines and able to work under pressure.*Demonstrates balanced judgment and decisiveness
*Ability to synthesize complex subject matter into simple, clear concepts - superior written and verbal communication
skills experience writing and reviewing business requirements documents.Project management experience a plus.
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills . Ability to partner across functions. 10 plus years relevant work experience.
