The Business Analyst will be an integral part of a dynamic team focusing on leading and developing analysis of our SaaS Workforce Ready business at Kronos. The individual in this role should have an understanding of the SaaS business, experience with developing business metrics and have proven experience working cross-functionally.

  • Lead the creation and ongoing tracking of monthly and quarterly business metrics on behalf of the Workforce Ready executive team
  • Work cross-functionally to provide insights on the underlying trends evolving the Workforce Ready business model
  • Drive and support cross functional growth strategy projects
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, growth opportunities and internal performance
  • Test hypotheses through analytical rigor, data modeling, and collaboration with business unit stakeholders
  • Conduct research and analysis to make recommendations that influence project outcomes - Communicate and present findings across levels including senior leadership and executive team.

  • 3+ years of SaaS software experience (from software company and/or consulting firm working with software companies)
  • Bachelor's Degree required - exceptional performance in an Accounting or Finance undergraduate program
  • Experience working with a SMB customer base a plus
  • Significant financial modeling experience
  • Experience supporting the strategic planning process within a high-growth organization
  • Experience and comfort working with a leading business intelligence software tool such as Cognos or Power BI
  • Experience partnering with all functions within an organization to drive adoption of analytical research
  • Experience crafting business metrics with clear actions and resulting recommendations
  • Mix of technical and analytical proficiency, with an emphasis on business analytics and an evolving business model
