The position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in IT/ Management Consulting, including the following professional experience: 5 years leading a team of business analysts to conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), design, development and C-Level stakeholder management; 5 years performing requirements management, analysis, developing use cases, and design specification applying Integrated Eligibility Solutions for Medicaid, SNAP and TANF; 5 years developing Integrated Eligibility software solutions and implementing systems using commercially available technology suites including customizable-off-the-shelf (COTS) packages, Accenture Human Service Suite (AHSS) and Curam; and 3 years acting as a system liaison between end users such as County Case Workers, State Supervisors, Federal representatives from agencies such as CMS and FNS and the Systems Integration team.
