Our client has a direct hire opening for a Business Development Administrative Assistant located near Cleveland, OH. The pay rate for this position begins at $35,000 to $45,000 annually depending upon experience. The key for this role is to assist the sales and marketing team with an understanding of distribution channels and industry leaders.
The Business Development Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include:
Entering leads into Salesforce, providing product feedback, and monitoring weekly activity
Setting up new accounts, following up on reporting supply volume
Become a product expert for reference to outside sales team & customers
Respond to questions, and cross referencing given excel spreadsheets
Qualifications / Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Effective interpersonal skills to consult and maintain relationships with a variety of internal/external contacts.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent time management skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling
Excellent listening and communication skills
An understanding of contract administration - Salesforce
Business acumen with demonstrated leadership abilities.
