This position has Region/Market Unit visibility. Position may cross multiple Market Unit and Distribution Center boundaries. Responsible for developing sales with prospective and at risk independent Small Store Home Market customers through in-outlet prospecting. Primary deliverables are New Trade Outlet Setup, At-Risk outlet assessment and retention and identifying relevant solutions to close the gaps; providing expertise and consultation; facilitating Market Unit workshops, Initiatives or meetings. Major Duties/Responsibilities: • Daily prospecting to secure new, competitive and non-buying accounts including regular interaction with store level and local chain leaders. • Understand P&L and manage budgets. • Utilize Club Coke and Region Acceleration Programs to gain and recapture non-buying independent Small Store outlets. • Responsible for the execution of all sales priorities and initiatives. • Provide a feedback loop to the department team and Director of Sales on marketplace conditions (includes competition, channel plans, pricing, architecture). • Work closely with the Club Coke and PRGM teams to develop plans to address opportunities. • Execute and fulfill all channel, package and pricing plans provided by the Commercial Leadership COE. • Recaps accomplishments on a daily and weekly basis. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations. • Utilize prospecting and analytic tools to generate new leads and ascertain trends. • Evaluate opportunities to include: Complete IRRs where required; Determine appropriate brands, packages, equipment, placements. • Set up new accounts; Assure appropriate order replenishment method and frequency are assigned; Ensure customer satisfaction through product and equipment delivery, understanding of order replenishment procedures and assures equipment orders are handled. • Enable seamless transition of outlet to existing routing structure • Focus on Region/Market Unit market activation initiatives.
Requirements
