Drives excellence ofexecution of marketing and non-marketing efforts to protect and grow International volumes (i.e., Cross-Border transactions) and revenues for the Visa Latin America and The Caribbean This role is responsible to coordinate and execute activities with a multifunctional team the cross border strategy business plan for LAC. Work closely with the country managers, product, marketing, acceptance, operations, risk and related teams assisting in ensuring all activities support the cross border business strategy (issuer and acquirer). The position is also responsible for integrated planning based on applying fact-based market information to evaluate, create business cases and track partnerships. Provide Specialist Cross Border Support to all countries for the evaluation, formation contracting andadministration of client and partner Cross Border activity. Participate in the negotiation of regional and multi -countrypartner programs as required. Increase cardholder usage through communication of product benefits for international transactions, promotions, transaction approval process, and timely charge back process in relevant cases.
Bachelor's degree in business filed, economy, or related field. MBA preferred 12+ years of experience in related field Knowledge of electronic payments / financial industry (Issuing and Acquiring) within a multi-currency environment Proven performance in product, sales or marketing, with strong relationship management and senior level negotiation skills Superior people management skills Strong analytical and business case development skills with experience in database management Agency management experience
Knowledge of financial, budgeting and market data analysis Business case development experience Market knowledge Project planning / management MS Office proficiency, and data base management software
