Identifies, acquires and grows new relationships with business customers who have annual gross sales of generally $5MM to $20MM. Creates sales opportunities and partners with Business Relationship Managers to cross sell appropriate business products and services and onboard customers. Increases Wells Fargo relevance to prospective customers and positions Wells Fargo Business Banking and product partners for new business opportunities through consistent marketing efforts and delivery of value added ideas. Partners with market leadership to develop the sales strategy and to lead marketing efforts in a defined territory. Assists with sales processes including prospect prioritization, initial contact and pursuit strategy, identification of fit, proposal development, and overall management of new customer acquisition, including onboarding. Partners with business relationship managers and other partners to ensure a smooth customer transition. Identifies additional product sales by developing partnerships with regional managers and product partners to deliver the full complement of Wells Fargo products and services. Represents Wells Fargo at community events. Prospective customers will be primarily self-sourced or come from external referral sources, including Centers of Influence. The majority of time will be spent outside the office or Wells Fargo properties engaged in sales activities. Responsible for all phases of the sales life cycle.
