The Treasury Management Marketing and Analysis team is looking for a head of Sales Effectiveness and Marketing. This leader will lead a team of associates and partner with senior leadership to develop and deliver the sales infrastructure and strategy as well as improve sales effectiveness in Treasury Management in partnership with each of the Commercial Lines of Business. The leader will provide actionable tools to increase sales effectiveness, create a client segmentation strategy and plan to implement different client treatment across segments and conduct client level analysis and retention strategies. The role will also entail providing enhanced marketing strategy, lead generation and client planning to sales teams. Additional accountabilities include: developing and implementing sale targets and incentive structure, conducting robust portfolio analytics on client portfolio to increase cross-sell and reduce attrition, generate sales performance metrics and segment reviews. This leader will also be accountable for developing, enhancing and leveraging sales enablement tools including salesforce.com, sales playbooks, alerts, etc.
Critical to success will be his/her ability to connect and integrate objectives, navigate difficult conversations, prioritize between competing demands, and earn the confidence and trust of key internal stakeholders.
