The goal of this position is to leverage understanding of data systems and operational practices to complete various analyses around determining business trends, target adherence, sales opportunities, and marketing program effectiveness. These analyses enable Field Sales, Management, Operations, and other functions to effectively drive sales, hit quarterly earnings targets, and make informed business decisions.

•Works cross functionally-with Customer Care, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Sales Management to provide information and analytics in support of business decisions, sales tracking, grower trends, and tactic development & measurement
•Coordinates with IT to provide integrated data solutions to facilitate cross-Channel and cross-Brand business tracking, metric development, and decision support
•Develops and/or maintains non-IT data systems to support informational needs for leadership
•Supports requests for various reports from Field Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management

Required Education & Experience:
•Bachelors degree, or its equivalent, required
•Minimum of 3 years related experience required
•Knowledge of the Ag Business is desired but not required
