We are looking for a passionate, business savvy, experienced professional to join the Core Platform Engineering (CPE) Shared Services team as the Network Infrastructure Services (NIS) Business Manager
The function requires strong skills in finance, communications, multi-disciplinary project management, business operations, supplier management, and internal stakeholder management.

The Business Manager with help drive a portion of the organizational cadence and ensure it runs optimally. This role calls for a balance of leadership and influence skills across the senior leaders within the team and beyond, in addition to supportive individual contributions.

This role will interface with key influencers and decision-makers within the CPE, Shared Services, Finance, and NIS organizations. Additional expertise in change management, business process optimization, vendor management and organization design are key to helping this newly formed team, get off the ground and working efficiently.

In your day to day, you will be:
• Responsible for the Rhythm of the Business (ROB) for NIS
• Financial and business planning across the organization
• Drive annual planning, Live Site reviews, Initiative reviews, and other operational and business reviews
• Accountable for the communications from the organization, including Sharepoint, Teams, and other collaborative methods
• Help to define marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and support of our initiatives, in partnership with the
User Experience Communications team
• Evolve manual business processes into automated solutions using technology and data
• Partner with the Finance organization and the CPE Management team to drive planning activities and business execution through business prioritization, budget planning and fiscal management processes Partner with Human Resources through the analysis, planning, and execution of key initiatives
• Develop, drive and run oversight of our outsourced vendor contracts and programs
• Develop and implement business processes for the organization, ensuring they are consistently adopted and followed
• Help to establish accountability across teams by making sure appropriate milestones and measurements are built into business and project plans

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of business experience with project/program management experience.
• Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Superior judgment, team building, budgeting, presentation skills, and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure required.
• Requires specialized knowledge in multiple business processes.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills; the ability to deal with conflict and multiple constituencies and manage multiple simultaneous objectives is imperative.
• Demonstrated strategic planning and execution skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Proven experience driving institutional change through effective cross group collaboration and group evangelization.
• Strong program and project management and negotiation skills while working within established business priorities and constraints.
• Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Comfortable with conflict, able to deal with multiple constituencies and manage multiple simultaneous objectives is imperative.
