This Business Manager is an opportunity to be a critical member of the Display Advertising team and support the management organization. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to define and execute the team’s ROB rhythm, including monthly & quarterly business reviews with partners, publishers, and the Display Advertising executive leadership team. You will also be responsible for business operational processes and program managing complex/multi-organizational implementation plans, analyzing business performance, and defining new processes for interaction and measurement across all of the teams.
The ideal candidate understands the strategies and tactics necessary to identify display advertising business performance trends, leveraging marketing and operational data, then drive continuous improvement efforts that lead to new levels of revenue performance, internal efficiency, and profitability across Display Advertising. You will work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Drive RoB preparation, including monthly/quarterly business reviews with partners, publishers, and executive leadership team.
Manage a holistic list of revenue opportunities and run the prioritization process for evaluation and execution of new opportunities.
Drive revenue analysis, identifying key business metrics and levers, and track progress against them by working with partner management, yield analytics, and finance teams.
Manage the Display Advertising team budget and provide recommendations to continuously improve operations to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
Support strategic initiatives, lead the execution of these initiatives, and ensure successful implementation of same.
• A minimum of 7+ year of experience in business management
• Proven track record of designing and implementing operational performance and quality assessment programs
• Strong problem solving, analytical and data management skills
• Exceptional decision-making , critical thinking, and process improvement ability
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
• Proven relationship building skills to collaborate and disseminate information across multiple organizational functions
• With clarity and persuasiveness, be talented at communicating complex or sensitive business issues to senior management
• Proficient with Excel spreadsheets and other Windows products (Word, PPT)
• Thrive on working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
