What You'll Do

Offer Lifecycle Enablement (OLE) Business Operations Manager will partner with Business Unit Product managers and Product Operations to enable Software Offers. You will perform deep dive analysis in collaboration with key operational stakeholders to analyze business requirements in support of program requirements. You will document analysis efforts including assessments, workflows and processes and translate solutions into operational work and project plans to implement the solution, maximizing value while minimizing time to market and operational costs. The OLE Business Operations Manager will support New Product Introduction (NPI) Operations management activities, such as pipeline monitoring and assessment, develop, and support any ad-hoc requests.

Responsibilities include coordinating and assisting in the review, edit and updating of new and existing training materials, provide report development and data analysis to support software offerings, gather and document key learnings from field support to recommend future operational enhancement and optimization and recommend optimization to increase the effectiveness of the team, current processes and engagement models

Who You'll Work With

The Offer Lifecycle Enablement (OLE) team partners with Business Unit Product Management to plan, develop and deploy new software offerings to Cisco's Customers and Partners on a global basis. We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead, assist and support in enabling software offers, data analysis, metrics, program support, process documentation and improvement.

Who You Are

You have experience working in project teams and solid understanding of project management (e.g. PMI PMBOK, PMP, or equivalent) and the ability to maintain a positive outlook and fun disposition while identify and analyze complex program, process and tool requirements. You will have a strong understanding of industry business processes related to service product lifecycle, sales, order fulfillment and the ability to formulate implementation options and help achieve win-win solutions for internal stakeholders, Customers and Partners. You work independently with minimal supervision and previous Previous experience working in Software, Sales Ops, Product Operations is highly desirable.

Required skills/qualifications:

• BA/BS degree and 7-10 years experience as Business Analysts

• Experience in Software or technology Industry

• Knowledge in business intelligence and reporting tools desired

• Positive attitude and good sense of humor

• Experience in project management
