Dell is expanding a team of top-level strategic thinkers to continue addressing and solving for key strategic questions in Dell’s Global Business Operations organization. Specifically, this team supports the VP of Dell’s Business Operations, covering support of a significant portion of Dell’s overall business, and is involved in leading various strategic initiatives. This team is part of a broader goal at Dell to link corporate strategy development more deeply with Dell's business and sales operations organizations. Successful members of the team are well positioned for future leadership roles.
Work is typically organized around consulting-type engagements and you will be responsible for:
- Leading key strategic initiatives, either individually or as part of small, focused teams
-Working with top executives across the organization to shape and drive agendas
-Working with frontline teams to influence/ensure rapid implementation of your recommendations

-MBA or advanced degree preferred

and develop an insightful opinion
-Thought leadership on problems without precedent
-Comfort working in a team and being constructively challenged by your colleagues
-Strong persuasive and presentation skills geared toward influencing and shaping an organization
-Distinctive problem solving and analytical thinking
-Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
-IT/tech experience a plus, but not required
-MBA or advanced degree preferred
