Job Description: Perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: assist with hiring activities for the group, creates and sustains systems for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of confidential information; schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events; organizes and manages calendar schedule(s) for manager and/or department; makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports; maintains office supplies; is a resource for office related software applications. Copies, collates, sorts and distributes materials. . Work performed within generally defined parameters.
Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Additional qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of office administrative experience in the following areas:
  • Accustomed to travel management, expense report generation and tracking, meeting support and logistics.
  • Internet-driven tools and apps to coordinate with geographically dispersed team.
  • Strong MS suite skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Lync & Skype Meetings, SharePoint, and ability to stay current with new and evolving technology.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization from front line
    employees to Executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and solid judgment in prioritizing and completing
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
  • Energy, enthusiasm and an ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment when working with sensitive and
    confidential information.
  • Ability to work well under changing priorities and deadlines with frequent
  • Prior Intel Experience preferred.
  • Possess Associates degree in General Management/Business Administration or related field
  • Holds experience in recruitment or any other hiring/HR support roles.
