The Business Operations Administrator interacts with Altice Technical Services and 3 rd Party Contractors and is responsible for independently resolving all invoicing/billing issues, as well as verifying that all work orders are audited and paid in a timely manner.
The Business Operations Administrator is responsible for verifying work orders to ensure accurate payments for services rendered and maintains a clear understanding of the work order life cycle - from conception to payout and is knowledgeable of charges for specific jobs and contract requirements. This role will work directly with vendor or affiliates to settle disputes of services, analyzes work orders and audits trends to prevent invoice fraud. In addition, the Business Operations Administrator will w ork with HR partners, vendor compliance team, and security to ensure all contract labor technicians have met compliance requirements before beginning work in the field. Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- Two plus years experience managing vendor relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with high volume, high value invoice management
