Can you handle the pressure of supporting an international anti-fraud team 24/7? Do you enjoy coordinating the actions of 100+ agents, in four different countries, across 5 time zones, doing analysis in almost a dozen different lines of business? Our team is seeking to hire a highly-experienced program manager with expertise in card not present fraud analysis. This team identifies and mitigates fraud attacks on Microsoft’s
ecommerce businesses and helps supports various other anti-
fraud organizations within the company. You’ll work with some of
the best minds in the industry, supporting the fraud team with
their pursuit of criminals attacking Microsoft, and helping to train
the data science teams cutting-edge fraud mitigation models.
You’ll also work with senior Microsoft program managers,
developer support teams, customer service representatives, and
business groups as you help to build the most efficient and
accurate corporate anti-fraud team on the planet. Come join our

Business Operations Program Manager’s key responsibilities
include:

Work directly with Manual Review Agents, Program Managers,
and Software Engineers in support of the Anti-Fraud mission.
Provide up to date and actionable briefings to the Principle
Program Manager Lead regarding current business operations,
ongoing fraud attacks, and tooling issues

Serve as point of contact for all issues regarding tooling, new
tenant onboarding, and inter-org collaboration

Coordinate and run high business impact live site issues that
impact the global team



Behavior and characteristics

Comfortable working with analysts, engineering and data
science teams across the company, industry, and world
Comfortable coordinating and running meetings with senior team
members

Excellent spoken and written English

Ability to implement others ideas and requests as well as
generate your own

Self-motivated, tenacious, strong team player

Ability to catalogue, structure, and prioritize numerous reports
and requests

Ability to plan and execute projects on behalf of a team with a
wide range of tasks

Desire to learn and improve constantly

Desire to contribute to a world-class team on a world-class
platform for a world-class company

Desired experience and technical skills

Bachelor’s degree preferably in International Business,
Intelligence Studies, Management Information Systems,
Computer Science, or Criminal Justice.



Other relevant experience considered in lieu of specific degree

5+ years of experience performing or coordinating business
analysis

Ability to create presentations and briefings of the highest quality
for decision makers at various levels (clear, precise, and
organized)

Experience and willingness to work with members of the
eCommerce industry around the world

Ability to take broad project guidelines and convert them to clear
courses of action by seeking out relevant contacts and
information across the company and industry

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues impacting team during
non-standard business hours

Experience managing international teams

Advanced user of Microsoft Office products to include Excel
People management


This position has no direct people management responsibility;
however, he/she is expected to consult and advise the
colleagues in matters regarding work-related duties for their
function. Working closely with other teams is critical to the
success of this candidate.

Travel

Travel to the team’s four production sites is required. In some
instances, travel to conferences, conventions, and partner sites
may be required as well
