Job Summary: Lead the effort to develop and implement new or revised processes, procedures, initiatives. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation, provide a single point of contact for assigned projects. Define project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Functional Responsibilities: Assists in the daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements. Tracks project status and identifies/resolves obstacles. Performs research, conducts cost analysis, creates reports and feasibility studies in support of business procedure consultants or the business. May assist as a project team member on project phases. Arranges meetings, develops agendas, and prepares progress reports. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Typical Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience. Entry-level professional job subject to direct supervision and instructions; requires guidance from manager or senior staff. Basic knowledge of the functions and workflow of the area supported.
