Manage the end to end process of PlanSmart program materials from creative development to SMRS review to posting to databases.  Be the primary resource for all questions related to these materials. Establish and maintain relationships with internal partners and external vendors. Work with team of five professionals.

    

 

  • Working fairly independently, overseeing all aspects of projects  and implement work plans and schedules
  • Manage administrative details including purchase orders, materials and promotional item inventory, print cost estimates, database updates, running reports, meeting planning, travel arrangements and expense reports, as needed.
  • Design,  implement, and monitor the progress of projects to ensure timeliness and deliverables are met within specified timelines
  • Establish and manage relationships with vendors, internal partners and third party distributors.
  • Manage compliance, legal review, printing and creative updates of projects.  Maintain SharePoint databases for tracking to ensure timely delivery and current collateral.
  • Manage advisor microsite and SharePoint document hosting
  • Work across various internal teams including marketing, implementation, sales, and creative services to accomplish tasks and meet goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required  

 

  • Beginner to intermediate in PowerPoint and Excel    
  • 3 - 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor or Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/assignments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to be a self-starter and take ownership over assigned tasks and projects
  • Customer service oriented attitude and methodology
  • Clear verbal and written communications
