This position utilizes business and technical expertise to support operational change by taking a lead role content management, researching and analyzing issues surrounding CBF Operations processes.  This position performs a variety of tasks, procedural documentation, training and SharePoint administration.



  • Create and keep up-to-date all training and procedural materials:
    • Partner with internal business employees, MetLife Global Talent Management, and external training vendors in the preparation of job aids, process maps, procedures and training documentation for Americas Operations and CBF.
    • Partner with MetLife Global Talent Management and other business areas in the development of a training repository for Americas Operations and CBF
  • Conceptualizing and drafting policies and procedures, getting the necessary approvals on drafts, editing the procedures, adding work aids/visual aids, and converting it to the proper format.
  • Administer the development and enhancements of internal Share Point sites so that the end user is able to effortlessly navigate and use features and functionality to create a seamless user experience. 
  • Exercise independent judgment and decision making latitude to address nonstandard assignments and devise original solutions.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Creation of letter templates to be used by the business teams
  • Assist team with draft department communications
  • Create various process maps
  • Upload procedures to the CBF Operations Share point site
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Written communication skills: Writing constitutes the primary skill, so analysts must possess strong composition and editing abilities.  Additional essential skills include the ability to listen well and gain credibility with others.

  • Proficiency with Office Support Tools:
    • SharePoint
    • Skilled user of Outlook/Lotus Notes/Email, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project, Visio
    • Foster development of advanced functions and utilities for the organization's office software
  • Presentations:
    • Prepares and delivers complex presentations to large or critical technical and business audiences.
    • Monitors industry for new presentation tools and techniques that are useful to organization.
    • Delivers formal presentations in a public or professional forum.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously:
    • Meet multiple service standards in terms of deadlines and content
    • Handles multiple initiatives at the same time and integrates them into a comprehensive plan
    • Monitors complex or unforeseen dependencies and responds accordingly
    • Ensures business priorities take first place and adjusts work effort accordingly


  • Knowledge of HTML and Internet applications.
  • Some familiarity with Web design and development tools helpful.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, handle complexity, and meet aggressive deadlines.

Less than 10% travel may be required.
