As a Business Process Analyst at Capital One you will leverage analytic and technical skills to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to tackle business problems.


  • Business process improvement and ownership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and drive change
  • Work in IAM (Identity and Access Management) space to support organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance and governance

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification or military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in business process improvement and process management
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
  • 7+ years of experience in process management and improvement methodologies – Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience writing queries with SQL
  • 2+ years of experience delivering Data Governance and Data Quality Management concepts and practices within the financial services industry
  • 2+ years’ experience with in an IAM environment involving SOX and governance
