Adecco Group has a current job opportunity for a Business Process Improvement Analyst in Charlotte, NC
1+ year contract

Pay rate : $39/h

Job Description:
Manage and maintain a portfolio of real estate space in the US for the Chief Technology Organization as part of the end to end workforce management/staffing process
• Decision staffing requisitions for space availability within defined SLA's
• Work with broader workforce management team to support further automation and process improvements
• Interface with GT&O and Real Estate Services to identify, plan and execute CTO workspace improvements, consolidations and moves
• Manage all improvements, consolidations and moves for your portfolio
• Interact with CTO workforce to assign seats / address issues
• Responsible for the system of record data accuracy: workspace occupancy status, assignments, names in seats, etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years relevant experience in operational or business support capacity
• Process experience, ability to identify and execute process improvement opportunities
