This Business Process Manager of Segmentation role is responsible for leading the Supply Chain item store segmentation strategy and processes which impacts all aspects of how our teams operate and measure success. Creates, executes and monitors success of strategies and processes supporting Inventory Management teams to drive optimum inventory investment throughout the end to end Supply Chain.
Supports the development and implementation of projects related to item/store segmentation, safety stock and inventory replenishment optimizations. Able to create, develop and maintain Playbooks, Best Practices, Standard Operating proceedures for segmentation and related processes. Able to analyze and drive recommendations to how parameters should be adjusted to meet desired outcomes. This position will be the main point of contact for segmentation and will actively engage with inventory management teams and third parties on a regular basis. Responsible for providing specialized expertise through process management. Responsible for leading moderately complex project, process or program assignments. Has expertise in the field, using professional concepts in resolution of moderately complex issues. May act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in a supply chain or business role OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
- Experience building complex queries with Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
- Master's Degree in Statistics, Applied Analytics, and at least 3 years of experience in data modelling or machine learning application
- Highly experienced with SAS, Tableau, Hadoop
- Experienced with JAVA, R, Python
