Individual is responsible for managing a team of Global Functional Experts for Deal Management Services Contracting Global Process Owner Organization. Team is responsible for design, documentation and support of Deal Management Services contracting process including process optimization, desk manuals/process documentation, project management and cross LOB project support. Role is key business partner for Regional DM DPO teams, GPO/GFE roles in ACS, Consulting, & Cloud Services Sales OPs GFE teams. Quarterly review of KPI's and process exceptions required to identify process improvement areas and self services opportunities.
Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices.
Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. BA/BS degree preferred.
