Adecco Engineering & Technology is currently recruiting for an ongoing contract Business Systems Analyst to work onsite at our client located at Aliso Viejo, CA. This role is responsible for connecting business needs with technology solutions.
Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities are:
Use appropriate requirement elicitation techniques to gain a full and accurate understanding of business requirements.
Use approved and appropriate documentation templates to document requirements in a thorough and accurate manner.
Assist with testing where needed, clarifying requirements to testing team and developers.
Review documentation of requirements and change management with business needs to ensure full understanding and, where needed, acceptance.
Communicate technical solutions to the business customer.
Communicate business objectives to technical team.
Document and communicate all open issues or open questions about business process or procedure so that the project team is aware at all times.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, related fields and/or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of business systems analysis or related experience required.
Project Management experiences a plus.
Expert level in Microsoft Office tools.
Expert level in Microsoft Visio, business process diagrams
Specialties: Business Intelligence, ERP or Corporate back office functions, IT Infrastructure.
