Business Systems Analyst

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to serve on the Integration Management team. The candidate we are looking for should have had ample experience in the IT arena. We need someone who is very analytical who can do comparison type work within Microsoft Excel. Vlookups would be helpful! The Business Analyst will be attending meetings, documenting RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) log, keeping track of open items, communicating out to teams, etc Strong analysis skills: o Ability to document and synthesize information discussed in project meetings o Strong documentation skills: ? Process flow diagramming ? Data flow mapping ? Comfortable creating job aids, SOP's, user guides, training manuals Light PM skills: o Can maintain a basic project plan o Comfortable coordinating small project meetings Experience preferred: o Integration experience (as integrating acquired companies into their organization) o HR, HRIS, IT, Operations o Systems integration
