Essential Functions • Implements and supports internal applications used by the business • Manages, maintains, and supports new applications and enhancements developed by the application development team onshore and offshore collaboration • Develops documentation, gathers requirements, and leverages the Agile methodology to support existing or new application development projects • Creates and reviews application deployment procedures utilizing best practices in the industry • Promotes automation and streamlining of existing business processes • Acts as administrative support for all business-level applications • Documenting and governing the life cycle of data, including source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, transformations, and data quality and business rules • Participate in the Agile DevOps design, development, testing, and release of new capabilities and features with focus on release and post-production support. • Responds to complex technical problems that correspond to the operations of the business • Troubleshooting application deployments for front-end and back-end configurations • Deploys source code for corporate applications • May carry out JR system administrator duties as assigned

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines. Ability to sit for long periods of time is essential. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Education and Experience • Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field (Bachelor's Degree preferred) • Working knowledge of SQL, ASP.NET, and C# required • Working knowledge of project management and business analytics • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working Knowledge with production monitoring concepts and implementation including synthetic, real user, application performance, system, log, time-series, and dashboarding. Includes • Working knowledge of source control tools such as TFS, SVN would be a big plus • Working Knowledge of custom code scripting, automation • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and other commonly used business software
