Business Systems Analyst
Provide technical support of ATM/Debit Card products/systems, in support of Client Support and Technology Operations.
Essential Job Duties:
Resolves complex customer technical and/or operational problems with designated software and other company products. Perform certification testing with Vendors. Implement new systems/features as part of upgrades or Client requests. Participate in system walk-through of technical and operational features, functions and attributes of a new or existing computer system. Provide detailed explanations to clients regarding software use, navigation, reporting and other technical operations. Discuss problems, answer questions, offer technical assistance and insure proper handling/follow-up with Clients and other departments’ personnel. Build an in-depth knowledge of ATM/debit card technical applications, business acumen, and client focus to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Act as a SME resource to other associates in Bank Solutions. Independent judgment and team participation is necessary. Provide after hours on call support on a rotating basis. Performs other duties as required.
