Job Summary

Crowe Horwath is seeking a firm-wide Business Transformation Leader to lead a cross-functional team of resources to automate and/or redesign significant aspects of the firm’s core service offerings and internal operations. Responsibilities include agile/scrum/project management, team coordination, executive communication, understanding as-is processes, identifying gaps and potential technology solutions, gathering requirements, re-engineering processes, change management, and working with the solution or process leader to create measurable metrics. He/She will collaborate with individuals across the firm to create an efficient and effective method to support the implementation of business process improvements. This position may require some degree of travel.

  • Team leadership experience, including talent hiring, performance management, skills and capability evaluation, resource planning, etc.
  • Executive communication skills
  • Training in project management and agile/scrum methodologies
  • Process Improvement / Optimization
  • Trusted advisor to the business to ensure the message of transformation is appropriately delivered to all aspects of the organization
  • Define, research, and modify business processes across the organization to achieve a more effective process that is measurable
  • Collaboration across various areas of solution/process delivery (e.g. product development, product support, quality assurance, etc.) and across various levels of personnel experience
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem solving, and decision making abilities
  • Experience with professional service firms is preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience required in process improvement initiatives
  • Agile/scrum methodologies experience is required
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt level) is a plus, but not required
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience is a plus, but not required
  • Product development experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must have a solid reputation and references with previous clients, contacts, partners, etc.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills as evidenced by ability to articulate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences

Locations: Flexible, but preferably Indianapolis, Chicago, or Denver
