Crowe Horwath is seeking a firm-wide Business Transformation Leader to lead a cross-functional team of resources to automate and/or redesign significant aspects of the firm’s core service offerings and internal operations. Responsibilities include agile/scrum/project management, team coordination, executive communication, understanding as-is processes, identifying gaps and potential technology solutions, gathering requirements, re-engineering processes, change management, and working with the solution or process leader to create measurable metrics. He/She will collaborate with individuals across the firm to create an efficient and effective method to support the implementation of business process improvements. This position may require some degree of travel.
Locations: Flexible, but preferably Indianapolis, Chicago, or Denver
