Interested candidates should contact Brian Campbell at 513-621-6890 or Brian.Campbell@rht.com POSITION SUMMARY Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, documenting, troubleshooting and servicing access control and IP video security systems, low voltage and fiber optic cabling

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Install low voltage wiring in conduit systems and open wired ceilings • Install door control devices, such as electric strikes., magnetic locks, and PIR devices • Install door control processes, power supplies and cabinets • Install IP cameras and Network Video Recorders (NVR) • Install wire terminations per BICSI standards (quality and aesthetics) • Install and configure software applications for processors, PC servers and clients • Maintain and establish customer service standards that meet or exceed customers' expectation • Work/operate in a safe and environmentally manner according to company policies and all governmental regulations and laws POSITION QUALIFICATIONS • Adapability/Flexibility – Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure, adjust plans to meet changing needs • Customer Service – Handles customer questions and complaints, communicates with customers, handles service problems politely and efficiently, available for customers, follows procedure to solve customer problems, understands company products and services, maintains pleasant and professional image • Dependability – Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure, meet attendance/punctuality requirements. • Integrity/Ethics – Deals with others in a cordial and honest manner, maintains confidentiality, supports company values, convey communications in a positive manner • Productivity – Manages a fair workload, volunteers for additional work, prioritizes tasks, develops good work procedures, manages time well, handles information flow • Quality – Attentive to detail and accuracy, is committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns/acts on quality problems REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent. 0-1 year installation and electronics knowledge; or equivalent combination of education and experience REQUIRED TOOLS Day 1 Flat and Phillips screwdriver (Klein or equivalent) Scissors Pliers Pouch
