A Grand Bistro Cafeteria Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of and food service in the Associate Dining Room (Grand Bistro). This will include preparing meals and stocking buffets, ensuring the cleanliness of the associate dining room, stocking supplies, monitoring food temperature and quality, and answering questions about the menu.
- Candidates should have at least 1 year of professional cooking experience, preferably cooking in a high-volume food service operation; or have a combination of professional work experience with formal culinary training.
- Candidates must also demonstrate good communication skills, good knife skills, product knowledge and identification, and knowledge of various cooking methods.
- This position involves standing on feet for long periods of time and requires the ability to lift, push and carry moderate amounts of weight.
Candidates must have open morning, afternoon and evening availability, including weekends and holidays. The scheduled shifts will be split between AM and PM. Schedules are based on business needs and may vary each week.
