Here's what you'll be doing...
Answer phone and provide technical support to customers such as:
Employees handle approximately 40 calls per day and are expected to engage customers and provide efficient and timely responses.
Ensure positive call and experience for customer
Document information on call in computer system
Must be focused, engaged and committed to providing a superior level of customer care.
Meet performance standards:
Working Rate (adherence to scheduled time on phone)
Calls per hour
- attendance � due to the amount of learning content, during training, no time can be missed from work. There is a strict attendance policy in place before and after training that must be followed.
High school diploma or GED required!
�Computer literacy � will be talking on the phone while navigating the computer and must be able to:
•Work quickly with multiple screens
•Copy and paste text from one window to another
•Navigate web based tools
�Good problem solving skills - Look up information in a reference tool
�Basic data entry skills � 30 wpm
�Excellent written and verbal communication skills
�Clear well spoken voice over the phone
•Must sound good over the phone � friendly, professional
