What is the job?

> Call Center Agent

* Taking inbound calls from online shoppers.

* Rectifying issues/concerns, assisting in navigating the site, etc.

*Requires use of multiple computer screens, toggling back and forth.

*High comfort level on the computer.

Schedules : (Tuesday-Saturday, or Sunday - Thursday. ) (Typically 12pm - 8:30pm but will extend to 12 AM closer) but during the holidays will extend to 12AM.

Training hours are 7:30 -3:30 Monday -Friday. Training is about 2 weeks long. 1 week of "Nesting" Or shadowing current call center reps.

What you bring to the job?

Call Center Experience at least 6 months or Customer Service in a retail store

Ability to navigate multiple screens toggling back and forth

Can type at least 40 wpm

High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)

Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
