Pay Rate/Salary: $15.00-15.00 / Hour
Staffmark currently has an opening for a talented individual to fill the role of Senior Call Center Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing support to call center teams and providing evaluation and assistance of problems/issues/concerns and/or real-time business activity monitoring. This role is also responsible for agent scheduling, monitoring service levels, and providing first-level evaluation of agent activity.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, data entry skills, excellent verbal communication, problem solving skills, documentation skills, listening skills, phone skills, and be able to resolve conflicts and provide solutions.

Candidates should have at least two years of CSR and/or Office/Administrative exp.
