Position: Call Center Customer Service Representative Location: Frederick, MD Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, shifts available from 7:00am-8:00pm. One Saturday per month. (FULL-TIME HOURS) Compensation: $12.00-13.50/hr. Job Description: 20 positions available for a fortune 50 banking client seeking candidates for a customer service representative position in Frederick, MD. Excellent customer service opportunity! Seeking reliable individuals with excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills. Call center experience, or experience operating multi-line phone systems is REQUIRED. This position is temporary with a possibility to become full-time. Job Duties: • Call center taking calls about home mortgages • Resolving complex inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers and upon escalation; processing complex transactions on-line; performing extensive research to resolve the complex customer problems; providing guidance and assistance to less experienced representatives either on the spot and/or via telephone; providing • 8 week training class starting Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
