Employees will be responsible for:
• Responding to basic routine customer inquiries via phone & email using scripted responses
• Communicating clearly and concisely, via phones & email
• Handling diverse and sensitive issues for dissatisfied customers
• Utilizing multiple databases, internet and email to retrieve data, communicate and document calls

9am to 5:30pm/9:30am to 6pm (extended hours 8am to 8pm 2 weeks per month during admin)
$16.50/hr. ($15.50/hr training rate)
8am to 4:30pm & 9:30 to 6pm (PLUS 1 Saturday per Month during test admins)
$15/hr ($14/hr training rate)
8am to 4:30pm/8:30 to 5pm (extended ours 8am to 6pm during test admins)
$14/hr ($13/hr training rate)
