Shift: 12:30p-9p Tues-Sat and Sun-Thurs In this Fraud Analyst role you will be responsible for reviewing accounts for detection and prevention of possible fraudulent related activity. Duties for the Fraud Analyst role include but not limited to: Research and analysis of account activity to determine levels of risk and fraud type Complete inbound/outbound calls and take appropriate action as needed based on transaction characteristics Perform back office functions related to research and resolution of fraudulent activity and service support. Requirements: 1 year of call center experience Ability to navigate in multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer Flexible with schedule as business needs arise Ability to use good, sound judgment in decision making Self-motivated and goal-oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with computers Ability to work in a fast paced contact center environment, occasionally balancing the need to support the inbound call center while meeting production and quality goals College degree or commensurate work experience Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Fraud system applications (TSYS, BLAST and BLADES, BOSS/FAST, COIN and BOL) Experience with Credit Card Fraud, Online wire fraud and Deposit fraud Experience with handling business customers Adecco offers a competitive benefit package.
