Adecco is currently seeking Inbound Call Center Representatives for a premier client in Ewing, NJ. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone and email while providing exceptional customer service.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an inbound call center
• Experience utilizing a CRM (client relationship management) system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations
• Strong PC (database, internet, email) skills
• Respond to basic routine customer inquiries via phone & email using scripted responses
• Communicate clearly and concisely, via phones & email
• Handle diverse and sensitive issues for dissatisfied customers
• Utilize multiple databases, internet and email to retrieve data, communicate and document calls
