A Brooklyn based company is looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish skilled customer service representative. This a financial establishment with a work week of Monday to Saturdays. This exciting role requires experience in a call center or customer service in a call center, telemarketing call center or retail setting. The purpose of this role is to respond to customer questions regarding bank services, promoting bank products and in general to professionaly represent the bank. This is a Part time position, Temp to Hire. The hours requested for this role are 10AM to 3PM (5 day work week which will include Saturdays).
