Temp to Perm opportunity as Call Center Rep working for one of the biggest home improvement companies in the United States. After completing a week of paid training, the call center agents will begin working in a fast paced, but very fun environment where they will be required to close incoming calls and set appointments for outsides sales reps to attend. Although this is not a customer service role, professionalism when setting appointments is a must. Requirements: Professional telephone voice Good grasp of English grammar and correct pronunciation Influential personality Confidence and commanding telephone presence Drive to close the business Sales Strong closing skills Duties: Answer incoming sales enquiry calls Meet appointment goals of 40 per week No cold calling Data Entry of customer information Part Time and Full Time positions are available. Candidates will have a 5-10 minute phone screen with client HR department, if successful will then be brought in for in person interview at client site. Goal is for successful candidate to convert to a permanent employee after 3 months at which point they will be enrolled into the commission plan.
