Direct hire opportunity with our highly reputable customer in the Southern Pines, NC area! We are seeking candidates to fill a permanent, full time opening as a Call Center Supervisor.

The Call Center Supervisor will manage and develop a team of customer service representatives in order to provide high quality, efficiency, and problem resolution to customers in a call center environment. The Call Center Supervisor will:

  • Supervise team members including performance management, discipline, career development and training

  • Handle escalated customer issues to ensure a high level of quality

  • Provide leadership to team regarding all customer correspondence and interaction


  • The Call Center Supervisor will have:

  • A four year degree

  • Experience managing and developing team members

  • Previous call center supervisory experience

  • A high level of communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
