for a Manager, Campaign Production Operations! This position is crucial to
our business’ ability to deliver on critical timelines for client commitments,
performance guarantees and to meet government regulations for member
communications! You will have two major responsibilities which will
consist of leading and mentoring a strong production operations team and
executing database list pull processes to support the critical member

For this role, we are seeking a strong Manager that can help implement best in
class processes and procedures to ensure the quality of the data pull meets the
campaign target list pull requests 100% of the time. You and your team will be
responsible for making minor changes to structured campaign list pull jobs as
well as running member communication list pulls from campaign management tools
such as Aprimo. Working with Communications Consultants from Member
Communications Operations, you will work to enhance the communication process
to achieve a 2% reduction in defects quarterly with a goal of defect-free and
efficient communications.

You and your team will execute and deliver member communications requests and
reports when the request is unable to be fulfilled by our automated tools. The
data manipulations require SAS-SQL experience, Teradata, working knowledge of
analytic data warehouses, as well as an ability to partner across boundaries to
understand and meet the requestor’s needs. . In this highly visible
role, you will interact with multiple areas of the business including
Sales/Account Managers, Implementation Managers, Product Managers, Clinical
Advisors, IT, Member Communications Operations as well as Fulfillment.

In supporting the Director, Campaign Portfolio Management, you will be the
point person for communication and expectation setting with key partners across
the business and providing project management support to the data processors to
optimize pipeline of requests and activities. Adherence to established change
management processes and establishing a clear understanding with partners of
delivery times, impacts/tradeoffs of requests and requirements will be
essential to the team’s success. Workload can vary and will peak as requests
are seasonal.

Required Qualifications:

We are seeking a strong leader with a minimum of 5 years of formal
process, portfolio and people management experience. Your people management
experience will include leading a team of at least 5 -10 technical
professionals as well as managing data operations project deliverables, with a
preference towards Campaign Management.

Your experience will also include:

  • Leading cross functional initiatives across a large matrixed
  • Demonstrated success in working with technical professionals and
    coaching people to superior performance;
  • Managing multiple large scale operations projects and priorities
    simultaneously with competing deadlines and complex activities;
  • Experience leveraging a project management tool such as Microsoft
  • Basic knowledge of SAS and SQL is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Aprimo, IBM Unica or other MRM (Marketing Resource
    Management) platform;
  • Ability to drive and engage team especially during times with
    heavy workloads;
  • Strong leadership, collaborative, and communication skills
    (written and verbal);
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others in cross-functional
    relationships to produce results;
  • Strong attention to detail.


Degree in MIS or related field. Master's preferred.
