Global Wealth Management Operations provides brokerage, investment and financial services to hundreds of thousands of individual investors. Our services are tailored to each client's investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs. Products include mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and alternative investments where appropriate, as well as banking, mortgages, insurance and annuities.

Project manager role covering a portfolio of projects across the clearance and settlements lifecycle for Capital Markets Core Processing (CMCP) Operations. Concurrent oversight of 2-4 discrete projects at any given time. Responsible for schedule planning; requirements documentation; tracking of progress vs. plan; budget management; test planning; coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT); and implementation. The ideal candidate has familiarity in clearing & settlement Operations and a strong project management background. Knowledge of the DTCC suite of products is a plus for this role (eg. ACATS, CNS, DRS, OMGEO, Obligation Warehouse). This role requires ability to manage both full-time and contingent resources.

The Operations Change team sets and executes the overall CTB (Change the Bank) investment strategy for Operations in partnership with the wider Operations Leadership Team, and key front-to-back stakeholders. For systems and data related deliverables, we work in close partnership with the Technology & Data organization. We work collaboratively across all Operations CTB teams to ensure optimal utilization of Operations CTB budget and delivery of agreed benefits at agreed costs and appropriate risk levels.

Qualifications
Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial services.
- Strong communication and business writing skills are mandatory. Candidate must be comfortable leading meetings with participants from varied internal business units and vendor partners.
- Ability to challenge the status-quo, think strategically and provide insight into how to improve existing business and technology processes
- Strong analytic and problem solving/process improvement skills; ability to learn quickly and ask strategic questions to understand problems.
- Strong Project management skills required, candidate must be familiar with the SDLC cycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Project and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial services.
- Operations background preferred.
- Experience supervising employees and contingent workers preferred.
