Description. The Cardiac Cath Tech will provide high quality patient care in emergency and elective procedures conducted in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The CV Tech in 746/Cardiac Cath Lab provides care for ages 18-39 Yrs Young Adult, 40-64 Yrs Adult and 65 Geriatric patients.
Education: Graduation from an accredited Radiographic Technologist program or accredited Cardiology Technologist program is preferred.
Licensure/Certifications: ARRT (RT) (R) or ARRT CI/CV/VI or Registered Cardiovascular Specialist (RCIS) required. BLS required. ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in Cardiac Cath Lab tech role
Requirement: On Call Required and must have the ability to report to LSMC within 30 minutes of call back.
