CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (CDP) Overview:
The Career Development Program (CDP) is designed for entry-level Supply Chain majors (0-2 years of experience) joining Air Products. The purpose of this rotational program is to allow entry-level Supply Chain majors to gain experience in various areas of the company. While on the program, participants are able to develop their professional skills as well as get a better understanding of their areas of interest and strengths. The program consists of three rotations that include different locations and assignments with 12-month durations. Typical assignments for Supply Chain on the program may include Network Optimization Supply Chain, Distribution Improvement Supply Chain Analyst, Fleet Operations and Maintenance Improvement Analyst, Sourcing/Procurement Analyst, Energy Analyst and Real Estate Analyst.
Recent graduates who received a B.S. in Supply Chain, or rising seniors pursuing such degree, will be considered for the CDP program. Air Products looks for candidates with strong academic performance. Other important factors include relevant work experience (co-ops or internships) and involvement in campus activities.
Air Products requires that B.S. Supply Chain candidates be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States.
