Job Description:

This position shows sound knowledge and proficiency in the use of Diagnostic Imaging Techniques to best demonstrate patient disorders. Prioritizes and organizes patient flow to ensure best utilization of time. Is given general guidance and is expected to function with initiative and sound judgement to provide quality services. Demonstrates effective safety practices. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and Medical Staff. Demonstrates competence when performing other related or licensed functions.

Identifies and documents patient questionnaire information: contrast history form (including BUN, creatinine, glucophage and pregnancy screening requirements).

Documents all necessary information in Meditech (Nursing, radiology, QI) modules as well as In appropriate manual logs.
Qualifications:
Requirements:

High School/GED required
ARRT CT required
CPR required
Experience working in a busy hospital with acute care preferred.
GE VCT 64 slice Scanner experience preferred
Proficient performing CT Angiography, Coronary CTA, Perfusion (CTP) Serious Inquiries only.
Twor more years of experience in acute care required
