Adecco Group has an immediate opening for a Change Management Consultant position in Cary, NC with a National client. The position could be extended based on work volume and performance.
Job Title: Change Management/Training/Process Development Consultant
Pay Rate: DOE
Length: 3 months initial engagement - may be extended
Primary responsible for developing training and processes for the newly released o365 tools.
Develop a detailed curriculum and training schedule that will be used for organizational wide adoption for o365 tools and advanced SharePoint training.
Will also be asked to create intake processes for new site development, including templates, questionnaires and methods to engage with EE team.
Tasked with driving change management using these tools, while monitoring participation along with being the point of contact for any technical questions.
Develop intake process for new sites, including pre-work and engagement format
Develop o365 Curriculum deployment plan (Delve, Yammer, OneDrive, etc...)
Build SP 2016 Training
Best Practices, Tips and Tricks, etc.
Training Documentation & Training Videos
Training development timeline, training webinars
Open Forums for Q&A
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
MS Certification - o365 / SharePoint 2016 end user
Corporate Training background
End User relationship management
Excellent communications at all levels
Ability to build effective relationships with employees throughout the enterprise
Ability to work on Windows, Mac
WebEx Technologies experience
Mobile Application Experience
Change Management experience
Familiarity with Brain Shark and other video based technologies
