Day to day - assessing and developing a change approach to a variety of program/projects and operational activities. The candidates need to have ability to develop and then execute comprehensive change mgmt. plans.

* Minimum Requirements: (Must have Qualifications)

- Change mgmt. experience, 3+ years
- Have the ability to present to and converse with executives comfortably on a regular basis
- Excellent Communication skills
- Planning experience

* Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: (Nice to have Qualifications)

- Project mgmt. experience a plus
- Experience with strategic framework
- Experience with development of organizational strategy
- Experience with employee engagement programs (rewards/recognition, response to employee surveys)
