A Change Management Lead job is available courtesy of Adecco Engineering and Technology. This position will provide change management expertise in support of strategic objectives. This will involve facilitating change management activities including a phased project plan, training project teams on the change management approach and collaborating with relevant stakeholders on initiatives. This is a full-time one (1) year contract based in Vancouver, WA with a pay rate of up to $50/hour depending on experience.
Job responsibilities include:
Provide expert-level advice and recommendation to management in building leadership/sponshorship capabilities related to change management initiatives
Drive the change management processes and assist managers in developing and implementing change plans and materials
Ensure various feedback channels and measurements are in place to evaluate success of the initiatives
Provide expertise with business process modeling techniques to include new business drivers and roles and responsibilities within a project
Assist in planning and carrying out training projects, courses and methods to evaluate progress as well as for continuing education
Bachelor of Science Degree in in Business Administratorion, Management, Accounting, Computer Science or related fields
Minimum 8+ years' experience in change management or as a strategic HR Business Partner
Relevant experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
Demonstrated experience with project and change management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Experience in developing and executing communication plans and strategies
Preferably experienced in Prosci methodology
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Visio flowcharts, MS Project and Sharepoint
