Adecco Group has an immediate opening for a position as a Change Management Specialist for a customer located in Chicago, IL 60661!! JOB SUMMARY: The Change Management Specialist will manage multiple strategic projects that include Global Recovery and Resolution Planning for the Global Futures Client Margin team within collateral operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Give significant input into the design and development of the future state architecture, operational processes and operating model being developed Liaise with key stakeholders such as technology and front office to define and implement business requirements Work directly with stakeholders to manage priorities QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Operations or Change Management Detailed understanding of FFO and OTC Cleared Derivatives trade lifecycle Strong working knowledge of GMI (SunGard) Practical knowledge of defining business cases, requirement gathering, resource planning, implementation and milestone tracking, test planning and other project management skill sets Excellent at engaging with global peers to ensure best practice is adopted at all times Thorough understanding of the collateral governance and control environment Confident in facing off to senior stakeholders across the business (including Sales, Trading, Product Control, Credit and Legal). Attention to detail, delivering high quality output Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly numerate with analytical problem-solving ability and a proven track record of delivering results Self-starter, well organized, able to solve problems and meet tight deadlines Willingness to quickly develop the role via IT and process reengineering to improve control, automation and levels of sophistication HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm HOW TO APPLY: Candidates interested in this Change Management Specialist role should apply IMMEDIATELY.
